• Project Manager
  The project manager is responsible for planning, execution and day-to-day management of a project, portions of a project, and ongoing support activities for multiple clients and meeting the established scope, estimated costs and timelines. Dependent on the project manager's level, typical activities may include scope management, schedule development, project planning, budget management, resource management and quality assurance. The project manager partners with other project team members to ensure that Hubbard One's deliverables meet all project requirements and client expectations, and are of the highest quality. It is the role of the project manager to ensure that clients are fully satisfied with their projects.

• Client Team Specialist
  The general role of the client team specialist (CTS) is client-facing web-based technical project management and support for a particular client team. The CTS is responsible for planning, execution and day-to-day management of a project or portions of a project, and ongoing support activities for multiple clients and meeting the established scope, estimated costs and timelines. The CTS works directly for a more senior project manager and partners with other project team members to ensure that Hubbard One's deliverables meet all project requirements and client expectations, and are of the highest quality. The goal of the CTS is to ensure our clients have an extremely satisfying experience.
