Eighteen New Clients Sign with ContactNet within the Past Six Months

Eighteen law firms and professional service organizations have joined the client roster of ContactNet from Hubbard One, the global industry leader in enterprise relationship management (ERM) software for relationship-focused marketing and business development.  Recent examples of new customers include Davis Wright Tremaine, Dorsey & Whitney, and Loeb & Loeb.

“In the current environment, firms are looking for innovative solutions that add value quickly to marketing and client development activities.  That so many leading firms have chosen to purchase ContactNet validates that ERM provides an immediate impact to firms while not requiring significant IT or marketing resources to make the system work,”  said Preston McKenzie, Vice President/General Manager of Client Development, Hubbard One.  “We are very pleased to be working with over 50 law firm clients on implementing the leading ERM solution in the market – ContactNet.”

“We’ve already started to see the impact of ContactNet on our business development efforts,” said Jennifer Manton, Chief Marketing Officer of Loeb & Loeb. “Being able to fully understand and leverage our connections to a current client, and to our prospects, has helped us execute smarter marketing programs and given our firm a unique competitive advantage.”

ContactNet from Hubbard One, part of Thomson Reuters, is an enterprise search engine for relationships. Professionals use ContactNet to instantly identify which colleagues have the strongest connections to a target client, for new business development, client retention, cross-selling and client service. ContactNet requires no data entry and leverages existing workflow by analyzing internal CRM systems, address books and e-mail patterns to uncover and continuously measure the strength of each valuable relationship.
