Our top Marketing Center priority for release 6.2 was to improve the performance, usability and flexibility of Proposal Generator. Firms upgrading to 6.2 will notice significantly improved document generation time resulting from upgrades to the underlying architecture. We have also made two key improvements that will make it easier to leverage existing content in the central Marketing Database for use within proposals. First, you will now be able to create multiple language proposals using translated versions of content. Second, you will now have the ability to create publication sections in proposals so that you can leverage and display your firm’s publications. We have improved the usability of the selection screens for Representative Experience by making the columns and sort orders configurable. Finally, you may also benefit from our new Create-a-Packet activity report, which tracks and displays packets generated by attorneys and staff.
The 6.2 release includes new features and improvements to Experience Manager. Chief among the enhancements is a feature we refer to as “second-level searching” that will allow you to search for Experience records based on attributes of related companies. For instance, you can now search experience records where the related clients are associated to certain industries or geographical regions. We have also made a number of usability, user interface, and configuration improvements.
Leveraging feedback from our launch partners, 6.2 Contact Manager enhancements include improvements to the configurability, performance and deployment process for the Outlook Connector.

Newest Web Center Module - Media Manager
The Media Manager module is the newest module within Web Center. Online interactive marketing using video is the latest medium used by legal marketers to drive engagement. Now you can manage your Flash videos in Web Center just like any other content. Upload your Flash videos directly into Web Center and easily categorize and manage them. Relate your videos to attorneys, services, offices, events, etc. to create a dynamic and engaging experience for your web site visitors.
When you purchase the Media Manager module you will also receive a Flash video player and a video playlist that can be configured to meet your exacting standards and branding guidelines. In addition, you can attach transcriptions to videos and display them to the user. Transcriptions also improve search engine optimization (SEO) by allowing search engines to crawl and index the transcript content. We are also offering a video streaming service so that you can provide a seamless viewing experience for your online visitors. Streaming video plays instantly so the user doesn’t have to wait for the entire file to download.

Also New for 6.2 - SEO Manager Module!
Also new for release 6.2 is our SEO Manager module. For this release, we have focused on keyword management, one of the important components of SEO. Now you can ‘tag’ your web pages with keywords and manage them in SEO Manager. This enables you to quickly search, find and edit web pages that you have tagged with keywords. In addition, you can categorize your keywords by using your firm’s taxonomy so that you can find the right keyword on the right page quickly. SEO Manager helps you drive traffic to your web site by providing better insight into the keywords you are using to position your content.
E-mail Marketing Enhancements
In release 6.2, we are also introducing incremental enhancements to Email Marketing Module such as spell check for Title and Subject fields and the ability to view the email as a web page from a link within the email. In addition, we have deepened the integration of Email Marketing with the Web Site module by adding the ability to create a Publication from an email. This latest feature means that you can now display links to sent newsletters on any related pages within the web site, such as the attorney biographies and practice pages. Finally, release 6.2 brings enhancements to our email send engine to improve performance and the ability to handle large volumes.
