Within Proposal Generator, users can create, edit, and restructure content relevant to specific business development activities and tailor content for individual opportunities.
- Leverage Flexible Proposal Templates
Create templates for the firm’s most frequent proposal and marketing document needs including complex proposals or simple practice descriptions, representative cases and attorney biography one-sheeters. For each template, organize the types of content and structure, and apply a consistent formatting and style.
- Create Microsoft Word Proposal Once content has been selected, a Microsoft Word-based proposal is generated, allowing the firm to make any additional modifications necessary to customize the proposal for the prospective client.

Templates can be created for each language, allowing the firm to cater the look and feel, as well as the paper type (e.g. A4) and language, for a non-English speaking audience. Creating a non-English proposal uses the same easy process as creating an English proposal – no extra training is required.
