A Social Networking Discussion with Squire Sanders

August 27, 2009 11:44 AM | Posted by Callie Hodge | Print this page

These days it seems firms are very familiar with social networking technology, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Yet, how are law firms leveraging this technology to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive marketplace?

Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP knows a thing or two about successfully leveraging social networking technology to manage firm relationships. The firm implemented an enterprise relationship management system that enables them to easily analyze, manage and understand firm relationships.

Sue Brelus, chief development officer, and George Gazdick, chief information officer, joined us from Squire Sanders to discuss their experiences with ERM in this podcast.

In it, they examine the state of social networking in law firms and how firms can leverage it internally to do more for their client relationship management using fewer resources. They also look at how internal social networking technology is being combined with social networking technology outside of the firm to better understand and leverage firm relationships.
